MPE Consultation Guides

Every consultation, told the way your best provider tells it.

An iPad guide your providers walk through with each patient. It builds trust, explains the treatment, shows real results and ends with a plan the patient takes home, plus a follow-up your team can’t forget.

Built and used every day at FAC Centers for Aesthetic Medicine in San Clemente, California.

Illustrative screen. Your guide carries your brand, providers and services.

The problem

Consultations convert on consistency. Most practices don’t have it.

One provider tells a great story. Another rushes. A new injector forgets the results gallery. The patient leaves with a price and nothing to show their spouse, and follow-up depends on who remembers.

Same story, every provider

New hires and seasoned surgeons walk the same proven sequence.

Results at the right moment

Before-and-afters filtered to the patient’s concern and their provider.

Follow-up that happens

Every plan lands in MPE with a coordinator and a date attached.

How it works

Six steps from first hello to a plan they take home.

  1. 01TrustWelcome, why your practice, provider or surgeon credentials and patient stories.
  2. 02ConcernsThe patient picks what bothers them, in their own words.
  3. 03ExplainWhy it happens, what corrects it, and real before-and-after results.
  4. 04RecoveryDay-by-day or milestone photos with what to expect.
  5. 05ValueWhat’s included, so the fee makes sense before it’s discussed.
  6. 06PlanThe provider records choices; the guide prints, saves, links and follows up.

Two guides

Surgical and non-surgical, built on one engine.

Surgical guide

Procedures from facelift and rhinoplasty to blepharoplasty and buccal fat. Surgeon credentials, incision illustrations, recovery milestones and a clear picture of what’s included in the fee.

Non-surgical guide

Concern-first: the patient chooses what bothers them and sees which treatments correct it, from injectables and lasers to RF microneedling and skincare, with recovery tracks for each.

After the consult

What the patient leaves with. What your team gets.

Printed take-homeOne page per procedure, with the patient’s first name and last initial only.
Private patient linkA QR code opens their plan on their phone. The link carries codes, never names.
PDF to your officeSaved to your own network folder from the iPad or front-desk computer.
Automatic follow-upThe plan, coordinator and follow-up date go to MPE and onto the coordinator’s calendar.

Built for your practice

Your brand, your providers, your services.

You choose the services to feature. We set up the guide with your practice details, then your clinical team approves every patient-facing word before it goes live.

What we need from you

  • Logo and brand colors
  • Providers, photos and credentials
  • The procedures and treatments you want to feature
  • Consented before-and-after and recovery photos
  • Office locations and financing options
  • Clinical sign-off on procedure and recovery content

Privacy by design

Built to keep patient details where they belong.

The guides were designed inside a working surgical practice, with the same privacy questions your administrator will ask.

  • Private links carry codes only: no names, IDs or email addresses
  • Printouts and PDFs use first name and last initial
  • Patient PDFs save to your own office network, not a third-party cloud folder
  • Separate email and text-message consent on every plan
  • No passwords or API keys inside the guide

Questions

Common questions

What do we need to run it?

An iPad with a current browser. The guide also runs on front-desk computers in Chrome or Edge.

Who writes the clinical content?

We start you from a library written for aesthetic practices. Nothing goes live until your surgeons and providers approve it.

Can it use our device and product brand names?

Guides launch with clear, generic treatment names such as RF microneedling. Talk to us about adding the brands you carry.

Where do the consultation plans go?

Into the MPE platform, where they start follow-up automatically and appear on the coordinator’s calendar.

What’s coming next?

A pre-op guide that picks up when surgery is scheduled: a private link, timed reminders and a printout for the pre-op visit.

See the guide a real practice uses every day.

We’ll walk you through a live consultation guide and show how it would look with your providers and services.
